Our duck is raised & cared for in a free to roam environment on small family duck farms throughout Northern Indiana.
Cooking Instructions:
1) Heat to a minimum of 165 degrees F.
2) Melting point 75 - 80 degrees F.
3) Smoking point 370 - 380 degrees F.
