STORAGE DIRECTIONS AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Caviar: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner. Serve as an appetizer with créme fraîche and blinis.
Parmigiano-Reggiano: Serve alongside lamb, or grated atop a side pasta or vegetables.
Rack of Lamb: Prepare the rack of lamb as you would any meat—grilled, pan-seared, or roasted. Rosemary in particular is an herb that is very complimentary to the meaty yet tender flavor.
Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cakes: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Heating Instructions: Remove from wrapper. Warm in a preheated oven at 350º for 16-20 mins. Microwave not recommended. Do Not Refreeze.
