Lamb and Caviar Dinner for 8 can be cooked and plated within the hour and takes the stress out of hosting a larger dinner party. Start your meal off with the signature Kolikof Imperial 000 Triple Zero Caviar, a fan-favorite and premium quality roe sturgeon caviar. Serve on top a gently roasted Blini with a generous helping of Creme Fraiche.

Your main course of succulent Cap-Off Lamb Racks are sure to please any crowd, with 16 individual lamb chops, there’s plenty to go around for second helpings. ​​Our lambs are raised according to the highest standards and are free of artificial additives and ingredients. No additives, hormones, or harmful chemicals are ever administered to any of our premium meat products.

Finally, finish off your 5-Star meal with the surprisingly delightful Valrhona Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes. Ready to burst with delicious and warm ganache when scooped open with your spoon.

Key Features

STORAGE DIRECTIONS AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Caviar: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner. Serve as an appetizer with créme fraîche and blinis.

Parmigiano-Reggiano: Serve alongside lamb, or grated atop a side pasta or vegetables.

Rack of Lamb: Prepare the rack of lamb as you would any meat—grilled, pan-seared, or roasted. Rosemary in particular is an herb that is very complimentary to the meaty flavor.

Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cakes: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Heating Instructions: Remove from wrapper. Warm in a preheated oven at 350º for 16-20 mins. Microwaves are not recommended. Do Not Refreeze.
