A5 Miyazaki Japanese Wagyu Boneless Ribeye

We work with our butchers to cut the meat certain ways to only get the very best cuts. Even if that means there is a little wasted cuts, we absorb the cost, so that YOU can get the absolute best.

Roast Half Duck

I visited and tasted at tons of duck suppliers all over the country and this one just tasted different- the best I've ever had. We still taste each batch to ensure we can still stand behind the quality.

Fantail Shrimp

These are so rare and hard to come by we have been having to limit how many we sell to customers. But it's worth the wait!

Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese – Aged 60 months

Normally, Parmesan is only aged 1-2 years max, so 60 months is generally unheard of. But aging this long allows for more complex chemical reactions and brings out more hearty flavor.
