Dry-Aged Beef is simply better beef. Its texture is more tender, its flavor richer, and its price tag…expensive (but worth it). Our dry-aged USDA meats are all-natural—USDA requires that "natural" meats be free of enhancers, and are minimally processed. Cattle for our meats are pasture-raised and fed a vegetarian diet of grasses and grains. A vegetarian diet enhances the intense marbling of the meat.
