STORAGE DIRECTIONS AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Caviar: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt. Once opened, Use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner. Serve as an appetizer with créme fraîche and blinis.
South African Lobster Tails: Keep frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Lobster is truly the easiest meal! We recommend flaunting the tails of these beauties by steaming and serving with melted Echire butter, or simply grilled. Boiling lobster tails can release too much of its sweet flavor into the water—so please don't!
Dry-Aged Beef: Raw. Must be cooked prior to eating. Keep frozen. Thaw overnight by refrigeration prior to cooking. For medium-rare, add salt and pepper to taste, then grill or pan-sear in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until an internal temperature of 130ºF.
Valrhona Chocolate Lava Cakes: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Heating Instructions: Remove from wrapper. Warm in a preheated oven at 350º for 16-20 mins. Microwave not recommended. Do Not Refreeze.
