Simply place the frozen goose in the oven frozen, and 90 minutes later you have a delicious centerpiece that looks like you spent hours making.

COOKING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove goose from packaging. Place frozen bird on a roasting rack in a roaster (do not remove wing or leg ties). To prevent smoking, pour water 1/2-3/4 inches on the bottom of the pan. Do not cover. Roast until internal temperature reaches 150ºF on a meat/poultry thermometer. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
