Smoked Salmon with Dill (Gravlax)

A thinly sliced delicacy, cold-smoked salmon with fresh dill. Also known as gravlax, ours is low in salt, and is not oily. It has a smooth, delicate oak-smoked flavor. Serve on its own, or as an accompaniment to caviar.

Our Scottish Salmon is from the icy waters of the Faroe Islands, Scottish Sea, and Norwegian Seas. Pre-sliced for convenience, the salmon slices melt in your mouth.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 41ºF
se within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.
