A thinly sliced delicacy, cold smoked. Low in salt with delicate oak-smoked flavor. D-cut (diagonal) smoked salmon (sometimes called "lox" or banquet) is perfect for entertaining, as it has a very attractive shape and makes a lovely presentation.
