Ingredients:
Blinis: wheat flour, sunflower oil, lactose, milk proteins, skimmed milk, powdered, whey powder, dehydrated egg whites and whole eggs, yeast, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, ascorbic acid, water.
Créme Fraîche: Grade "A" cultured heavy cream.
