Approved by the USDA, our cured ham measures 6 oz Serrano and 2 x 3 oz Ibéricos. Enjoy the famous Jamón Serrano, the superb Jamón Ibérico, and the incomparable Ibérico de Bellota.
All three hams have been salted and cured for over 12 months, giving them a unique flavor. Serve them the traditional way: with cheese, olives and a glass of fine wine. Jamón Serrano is made from normal pink pigs and is the perfect addition to your cooking.
Jamón Ibérico comes from native black Ibérico pigs and is cured for over 2 years for a rich and complex flavor. The highest quality is Jamón Ibérico de Bellota from acorn-fed Ibé
