These sustainable white sturgeon (Acipenser Transmontanus) produce medium-grained caviar with light to dark gray colored beads. The caviar has a mild, nutty and smooth taste with near flowery flavors. Product of USA.

SHELF LIFE: Four weeks refrigerated. Once opened, use within 72 hours of opening or until the use-by date, whichever is sooner.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32º to 34ºF. Refrigerate promptly upon receipt.
