How do you use Burgundy Truffles?
Burgundy Truffles are best used to top traditional Italian pastas and risottos. Sliced thinly with a truffle slicer or even grated with a cheese grater, you can easily enhance soups, sauces, and butter.
What do Burgundy Truffles taste like?
Burgundy Truffles share many characteristics with Black Winter Truffles, with a rich and aromatic smell that permeates with oak and pine-nut notes. Burgundy Truffles are much more mild and contain more resemblance to hazelnuts and other earthy tones when consumed.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Store truffles in your refrigerator near eggs and cheeses and you will discover the wonderful truffle flavor will have gently kissed them.
