Kolikof’s signature Imperial 000 Caviar is top of the line when it comes to quality. Larger caviar roe are exceptionally difficult to harvest in mass quantity. The Imperial 000 can only be produced in small batches, thus leading to a more exclusive and opulent dining experience.

What does Triple Zero Imperial Caviar taste like?

000 Caviar is known for having larger roe than regular sized caviar, meaning more delicious and subtly salty juices explode from them as you eat. Expect a unique blend of umami with a slightly nutty aftertaste.
