BEHIND THE PRODUCT: Founder, Jean Neuhaus, opened a pharmacy in a prestigious area of Brussels in 1857. While trying to concoct a way to make medicine taste better, he covered them in chocolate. His initial idea was a success and spun off into the luxurious Neuhaus chocolate brand that has taken the world by storm. With true Belgian chocolate being born, it is often imitated but never replicated. In 2017, Bloomberg Pursuits named Neuhaus "The Best Chocolate Truffle in the World"
