Our Bordelaise Sauce incorporates the traditional red-wine reduction and other premium ingredients that make it the preferred sous vide sauce to accompany grilled beef.
Traditionally made with premium dry red-wine, shallots, butter, demi-glace, and bone marrow. We’ve perfected the recipe and bottled it for easy usage.
