- 2 Olive Wagyu NY Strip Sirloin Steaks (8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and parsley)
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
