Nutty and surprisingly intricate, with a bright burst of flavor on every pop. The pearls are a touch softer than our larger grades — approachable and fresh, the perfect first step into fine caviar.
Serve well chilled, straight from the tin set over ice. Use a non-metallic spoon (mother-of-pearl is included) — metal can dull the flavor. Enjoy on its own, on the back of the hand, or with blini and crème fraîche, finely chopped egg, and chives.

"So caviar is a luxury for us. This is not something we buy on a regular basis, however, for special family members on their birthdays or Christmas or special occasions, we like to indulge. We’ve been buying Petrossian caviar for many years however, recently their prices have really exploded lately and we found ourselves unable to indulge like we used to. We found Kolikof recently with better prices and much more acclaim by customers of their product. I bought three different caviars for my niece for her birthday And two for my husband and I to share for our anniversary. Awesome! Super high-quality product at a reasonable price.
