A thinly sliced delicacy, cold smoked. Low in salt with delicate oak-smoked flavor. D-cut (diagonal) smoked salmon (sometimes called, "lox" or banquet) is perfect for entertaining, as it has a very attractive shape and makes a lovely presentation.

Our Scottish Salmon is from the icy waters of the Faroe Islands, Scottish Sea, and Norwegian Seas. The thin salmon slices melt in your mouth. You'll never want to eat other smoked salmon after you've had Kolikof.
