A thin, hand-sliced delicacy. Traditionally cold-smoked in small batches. Low in salt with a delicate smoky oak flavor. Long-sliced, pre-sliced, no brown meat, banquet salmon.

These thin salmon slices melt in your mouth. Our prized smoked salmon is from the icy waters of the Scottish Sea, Norwegian Seas and Faroe Islands.

Kosher. Product of Scotland.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Store at 32ºF to 41ºF
