SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Usually a tomahawk cut is big and thick enough to serve 2 or more people. For medium rare, salt and pepper to taste then grill or pan sear in a cast iron skillet over high heat until an internal temperature of 130ºF. All natural, no additives, no preservatives.
