Similar to a Porterhouse Steak, a T-Bone offers the two most popular cuts of beef within a single steak: both a New York Strip Steak, and the coveted filet mignon.
BEHIND THE PRODUCT: This fine cut of succulent beef, sourced from the loin has intense streaks of fat marbling similar to that of Japanese Kobe beef. Cattle are grain-fed 500 days. All-natural, no additives, no preservatives. Antibiotic and hormone-free.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: For medium-rare, salt and pepper to taste then grill or pan sear in a cast-iron skillet then finish in the oven until internal temperature of the T-Bone Steak is 125ºF to 130ºF.
